Your Package Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 WORKING DAYS after we confirmed by email that your payment has been accepted and are shipped via JNE with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping time may vary according to your address, special occasion, holiday, AND/OR inconsistency in your address that may retain our carrier from sending your package. Shipment options, prices, and time are selectibles from the SHIPPING Section on your Check-Out Forms.

How to Track Your Order

To track your order, you can simply go to and put your airwaybill number on their “Trace and Tracking” page. You will receive your airwaybill number through email soon after we deliver your order to JNE.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight AND/OR volumetric weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, our return policy does not allow any products that has been dispatched to our carrier to be returned.

We are taking a very meticulous and careful steps to make sure that any product(s) delivered to you is(are) defect-free. Should there be any defect found in the product, you will not, by agreeing on our terms and conditions, make any attempt to return the products to us.

Should there be any defect, contact us via our email or fill our email form on the Contact Us Section above to inform us and we will find and discuss the best solution to compensate you. The discussion which leads to compensation will be started by careful examination by CRAFTHOLIC Japan designer and quality control team. By sending us any email or notifications of defects, you have agreed to let us obscure your afformentioned defected products for a time unpronounced for the examination purpose mentioned above. Any defects found to be our fault will be proceeded and we will compensate you with other products we seem fare to pardoned the defects. This is a part of our guarantee to our customer that products manufactured and sold by CRAFTHOLIC are of the best quality and are produced to give you the utmost satisfaction.
