Payment Confirmation

Please make sure to confirm your payment after you have succesfully transfered your fee by sending us notification e-mail to contact@craftholic.id OR filling the Payment Confirmation form with these information below:

Please take a note that any payment which is not followed by a confirmation email from the customer will not be processed. We only process your order after receiving your PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.

E-mail subject: your Order Reference (i.e. AXBGRYHJG)

E-mail content:

1. Name: (Consignee/ Receiver name).

2. Confirm your shipment address: (if your order is a gift, do not forget to make sure you have entered the correct address to which the order is going to be shipped).

3. Confirm your Phone No.(Payer's phone no.)

4. Photo or scanned picture (JPEG/PDF format) of your Bank Transfer receipt.

Very Important Notes Regarding Payment Confirmation

  1. Any order with its corresponding payment confirmation e-mail received before 3 PM on weekdays will be processed on the same day.
  2. Any order with its corresponding payment confirmation e-mail received after 3 PM on weekdays will be processed on the next day.
  3. Any order with its corresponding payment confirmation e-mail received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) OR holiday (as appointed by the government) will be processed on the closest working day.
  4. After we receive your payment confirmation, we will send an email stating that your payment has been accepted, which indicates that your order processing is officially started.
  5. Please be cautiously aware that our processing time itself (enter queue line order, pick order items, pack and wrap) will be maximum 2 WORKING DAYSThis processing time excludes shipping/delivery time from the shipping centre (JNE).
  6. Check: www.tarifjne.com to preview your estimated shipping time (shipping from Bandung).
  7. We accept orders everyday 24/7, but it is your payment confirmation e-mail that determines when will your products be processed for shipment. Thus, be reminded all the time the importance of your payment confirmation e-mail!
  8. Should you intent to send your purchases as a gift, please make sure you have calculated the time needed by our carriers to reach your destination, after that count back the time needed for you to compose a payment confirmation e-mail and when your order is going to be processed (i.e. is it weekend? / holiday? / weekday before 3 PM? / weekday past 3 PM?). We believe that by accurate calculations, we will be able to prevent mishap such as late gifts.
  9. CRAFTHOLIC Indonesia is not responsible for any late delivery of products which were intended as gift by customer. We have pointed out the accurate steps for on-time delivery and have abode to our processing schedule as mentioned above.
